Return & Exchange Policy

For all returns and exchanges, please contact us via email with the reason for the exchange request. Only unworn and unopened merchandise should be mailed back in its original packaging within 7 days from the date of the exchange request.
We accept exchanges or returns in the following cases:

  • Defective items, including defects in color

  • Incorrect items received

  • Unworn and unopened merchandise in its original packaging

If we do not receive the indicated items within this timeframe, the exchange request will no longer be valid. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defect or an error on our part.
